Vote for the Kali Ma Vindaloo Bloody Mary in Absolut vodka contest!
Kali Ma Vindaloo Bloody Mary by Jeff
2 ounces Absolut vodka
4 ounces organic tomato juice
½ ounce balsamic vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons Patak’s bottled Vindaloo paste (or fresh made)
1 pinch Garam Masala (about and 1/8th teaspoon)
1 Tillen Farms pickled carrot
Pint size Mason jar (no handle)
|Combine first four ingredients in a mixing glass and stir vigorously to combine. Pour into ice filled Mason jar. Garnish with the pinch of Garam Masala and pickled carrot. Toast with the words: “Kali Ma Shakti De.” (“Mother Kali, Give Me Strength”*)
